Version 1.28 adds the following features:

• Ability to backup publishing dependancy information to eliminate the need to republish all restored content.
• New test option generates a list of files that will be published, with dependency reporting, but does not actually process or publish any files. This option is helpful for checking what files need updating without actually publishing the files.
• Content dependency reporting has been improved in the publishing reports. The [i] link reveals more detailed explanations on why a file was republished.
• Passive FTP support added and configurable FTP timeout.
