Secure FTP (SFTP) support has been added. Now, in addition to "ftp://", file paths can use "sftp://" to specify a secure SFTP connection when transfering files.

A new template command, #NOOUTPUT ... #ENDNOOUTPUT, has been added to prevent all enclosed #OUTPUT commands from creating any files.
