Templates

Content layout and formatting is specified with standard HTML (or other markup or scripting) and a small set of simple but powerful template commands. The dozen or so template commands merge, link, list and manipulate content and are easy for anyone familiar with HTML to understand.

The simplicity of the commands make templates easy to create and understand for common tasks. However, their power and flexibility make even extremely complex content manipulation and formatting possible.
