webCOMAND Set Up

webCOMAND is a PHP web application that requires a web server and database to function properly.  It is typically hosted in a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) environment, but also works on MacOS and Windows.

The following sections outline the steps required for installation by environment.
