webCOMAND 2.20 Released

webCOMAND version 2.20 adds UTF-8 encoding support for foreign language file production.  webCOMAND forms, including both plain-text and rich-text fields, now support any UTF-8 characters.  UTF-8 encoded files are automatically published when foreign language characters or other non-ASCII characters are detected in file contents.  No manual intervention is needed and, as always, the upgrade is completely backward compatible.
