The following fields define the drop-down options, and when they should be available.

  • Inherited Folders - If checked, all subfolders (and their subfolders, etc) will also inherit these settings.

Version Settings

  • Filter - The search filter to apply. The search string will be available in :SEARCH (or $Search if this is cTemplate). This must evaluate to a well-formed cQL query.
  • Is cTemplate - If checked, the filter will be evaluated as cTemplate code.
  • No Search String - If checked, the filter will be assumed to not contain :SEARCH/$Search and will apply the filter query as-is. The users search string, if entered, will apply as a generic search on the already filtered results.
  • Default - If checked, this is the default filter that will be applied when the view is opened.
